The first thing I’m not satisfied with was the amount of time I had to wait to bring my car back in after my part was received to get it fixed. You had the part and I still had to wait I think eight or 10 days to bring it in to get it fixed, it’s a brand new car with less than 6000 miles and I just felt like I should get better service than that. The second thing I’m not satisfied with is the older man who greeted me when I got there to get the car fixed didn’t ask me any questions, but immediately told me that he couldn’t fix my car that day , I was astounded and said, but I have an appointment I’m here on time so you need to fix my car and he repeated well. I can’t guarantee that we’re going to do that. He should’ve asked me some more questions before telling me that and didn’t listen when I told him like I said that I had an appointment , I had to drive one hour in 90° heat with no air conditioning so by the time I got there I was dripping in sweat and for him to tell me that was very upsetting off the get-go. It all got straightened out but it wasn’t a good customer service experience .

I hit a pot hole blew a tire, I have a warranty you all wanted to charge me to reset the dashboard. I am very disappointed. I have purchased 3 vehicles from you all and sent 4 people purchase cars as well.

On Friday 6/23/23 I took my 2023 Kia Sportage in for its first service and to have 2 recall items completed. My wait was a little over two hours. On Saturday morning I was looking over the paperwork and saw that only the oil was changed for my first service. I had been told that the first service included oil change, tire rotation, check of tire pressure, top off of all fluids etc. I called the service department to inquire about these items, was on hold for some time and then prompted to leave my name and number and my call would be returned in the order in which it was received. Well over two hours later I had not received a return call. I called back and my call was transferred to the service manager. I left my name and number advising that I just had a simple question and would he please call me back. By Monday afternoon I still had not heard from him so I called back. Of course I got his voice mail again and left another message. Now it is Tuesday afternoon and still no return call. I called the dealership and shared my frustration with the receptionist who when I asked why someone can’t return phone messages responded I don’t know and proceeded to send my call to the service manager again who of course once again did not answer the phone. I finally resorted to calling the salesperson who handled my sale explaining all of this to him. He asked me to hold on and I guess he tracked down the service manager and got him on the phone with me. I explained all of this to him and he told me he hasn’t even checked his messages! He said that yes in fact those other services were supposed to be performed but could not offer any reason as to why they had not been. He said that if I could bring the car back in he would have the work done. I said, so I am expected to come back over there and waste possibly another two hours go my time for this. He said if I will let him know when I am coming he can have all completed within 20 to 30 minutes. He gave me his cell number and told me to text him. I sent him a text about an hour ago indicating that I can be there around 1:30 tomorrow. So far no response from him. And it’s my gas that I am wasting on all of this! I was not upset at all Saturday morning when I first attempted to find out if in fact these services were supposed to have been completed but after going through all I have had to just to get to someone after 3 days of leaving messages, I am beyond frustrated and have little faith left with Kia Mall of Georgia!

My car sat for over 15 minutes after they changed the oil. I finally walked to the service area and asked about the status, and I was told oh it's ready.... then I was giving the wrong amount to pay, got about 15 minutes away and got a call asking me to return to pay more money..
