Richard has been exceptionally good handling all the services needed for my car. He went out of the way to squeeze an appointment to get my car serviced as soon as the parts arrived. He took a lot of effort explaining other maintenance work that might be needed in the future since it’s an old car. Overall it was a great experience and i look forward to working with him.

Prior to bringing the car in for service, I had a very difficult time getting a hold of Adrian. I left him multiple phone messages each day to try to reschedule and after 3 days, I finally asked someone to hand deliver him a note asking him to call me back. He finally did and when I asked him why it took so long to hear from him, he said they are understaffed and that there were many voicemails on his phone that he still needed to go through. In terms of customer service, I feel there is a lot of room for improvement.

Diana was great and I think the mechanics did good work but one of the technicians/mechanics forgot to recalibrate the TPM system after they replaced my tires so I got several errors on the drive home. I was a little disappointed. Several years ago, your tech lost my car key chain; today tech lost my original car key. Dianna gave me the car key which newly programmed today, she also scheduled with me for the spare key tomorrow on 7/29/23. What can I say?!
