It's clear the service advisors are swamped as it took three calls to finally reach Adrian. Once we connected, though, he was very customer centric and listend to which services I wanted done for my car. He didn't try to hard upsell me which I appreciated since I had waited a long while between parts ordering and service.

Dianna was great. I didn’t love it that the guy receiving the car wrote on a tag on the hood of my car. It’s black and any kind of abrasive on the paint can scratch it. I suggest instead of writing on people’s hoods you invest in a clipboard.
