I sat in the car for 40 minutes before the SA could see me. The guy managing the traffic wouldn't even try to do anything at all when asked what was going on, insisting "I don't work with them!" (Which aside from being unhelpful and slightly rude, is of course completely false... He was probably tired of dealing with annoyed customers, as I wasn't the only one kept waiting a long time).
Why do you even offer appointments if you don't have sufficient staffing or flexibility to keep them?!
