I notice the metal sound when I brake. I told the people in Honda but they said they can not duplicate it when test drive.
However, when I pick up my car, I can still hear that sound.
I do not think that they solve the issue.

I've been going here for over 20 years and this was the worst service experience ever. My appt was at 8:00 and I arrived at 7:45. There was one other car there. We were both told to sit in our cars until a service rep helped us. Twenty minutes later I was helped. Then I was told my basic yearly service would have my car ready around 10:30-11:00. When I didn't hear anything by 11:30, I tried calling the service rep, Jackie, and it went to voicemail which it said was full. I tried calling the main service number and it also went to voicemail. I left a message and never got a call back. I tried texting the number that notified me you had checked in my car and no response. I then sent an email to Jackie at her address. Shortly after that I finally got a text saying my cr was ready. I walked back over and went to the desk to pay and pick up. I was told to go see my service rep. I went to her cubicle and no one there. And no one knew where she was. Someone finally helped me, took me back to the desk to pay and then finally called for my car. If this is your new process for servicing long-time customers, perhaps I need to find someone else to service my car. I'm not sure I feel confident that you can even do the work on my car if you can't even handle the drop off and pick up in a timely, courteous manner. I definitely don't feel like you care about me. Very disappointing.

Actually, it was not Paul who helped me. Rather it was Benjamin Solomon who Really sold me the car. He was honest and helpful and not pushy. he gave it everything he had and I will give him a score of one to 10 I would give him an 11 great salesman you got there!
