Extremely poor service. Vehicle was dropped off for almost a month with no updates and work done. Received no response even after leaving several voicemails. Had to show up in person to inquire the update and found vehicle still parked in the back parking lot with nothing done on it. I would like to talk to the manager regarding this incidence in person.

Service adviser was helpful and nice. However other staff during intake was very rude. Overall behavior was as if they were annoyed that they need to service the vehicle. Prices are very high. Feels like gouging due to lack of choice. Dealers have virtual monopoly. Unless the service experience improves will not buy another Honda just avoid dealing with rude staff.
