It's very expensive these days just to do simple/ necessary services. An alignment and change oil/ filter costed us $527.67. I have A1/ B1 with discount price of $89.95/$159.95, though presented after the initial quote but before payment was made. The representative Jacquelyn Olivares wouldn't honor it and mentioned I could use it next time though the offer would be expired. Please adjust the payment if possible. Thanks. Ariel

Upon checking my car in for service, Richard Schwartz was dismissive of my questions about the frequency of service I will need for my Honda Insight. He continued to ask me what my oil level was in the car -- something I did not know how to check as this is my first hybrid car. When I told him I did not know, he did not offer to check this for me before proceeding to move forward on the service paperwork. I waited for my car at the dealer for 3 hours and was not provided any service updates on my car until the service was completed. Once service was completed, Richard informed me that a mechanic had broken the panel protecting my interior car battery. No apology was offered. No further information about when and how this would be replaced, whether I would be charged, etc. was offered as well before he left me at the cashier to pay for my service. I ended up requesting this follow-up information from Billy, who happened to be behind the counter and was very helpful in explaining "next steps." Richard also never reviewed the service overview for my car before he left. I had to do so on my own by reading the paperwork that was stapled to my invoice. I have yet to receive a message from your dealership about when the replacement part will arrive for my car. Any updates about this would be greatly appreciated. I bought my car from you a year ago. I also own another Honda which we bring in for service to you regularly. I hope this issue can be rectified in a manner that honors the quality of customer service that I expect from your dealership.
