Quick and efficient, just what I hoped for

Hello team thank you for the rapid and wonderful service that was provided for me to get my vehicle done it was fast and finished at the time promised my experience was absolutely satisfied Al the way to the time to picking up my car Thank you Richard for taking the time to get me in and out quickly

Mr. Richard definitely explained everything. I had an issue. I was not able to roll front passenger window up/down using driver side controls. I’d mentioned this and Mr. Richard said the technicians checked and recommended changing the switch controls totally. The switch alone was about $235 and then labor was around another $200 if I remember it correctly. I previously had this problem and Mr. Gabriel Aguirre was the specialist that helped me back then, I think. Once the switch box was removed they found a loose connection and they fixed it. I even mentioned about this to Mr. Richard. I paid for the switch box and also half of the labor charges, as the part had to be ordered. Then to my surprise, I found that the driver controls worked for the front passenger window. I went back and mentioned this to Mr. Richard and he confidently said, “it’ll definitely be broken again”. I then mentioned I wouldn’t like to get the switch replaced at this time. Mr. Richard definitely helped cancel the part order and voided the initial transaction and created a new one. I definitely appreciate that help from Mr. Richard as it was a hassle for him. I felt a few things could’ve been done differently. 1. Even after I recalled the past incident and mentioned to Mr. Richard, the technicians could’ve verified if it worked after checking for loose connections. They failed to do so. If they found this and if Mr. Richard had mentioned this, I would’ve disagreed for the switch replacement in the first place and this could have saved some time for all of us. 2. The way Mr. Richard mentioned “it’ll definitely break again” felt slightly weird. Maybe his intention was to say that the loose connection could happen again and replacement is recommended by the technicians. But, he could’ve explained this differently. 3. I literally spent 3.5hrs waiting for my car. My appointment was at 9.30am and I was there on the dot. I had to wait until 9.45am for Mr. Richard to help me. Then he took close to 15 min to record the issues and create a bill. My car went in at 10am. Then it only came out around 1pm. Now, maybe the teams are short handed, I understand that. But the service team should be cognizant of this fact and adjust accordingly instead of trying to pack more services. Of course, I loved the text systems and the bills could be viewed on my phone. Again, not even sure if you guys would even this long essay I’ve written. But I’ve done my best to explain the whole scenario.
