1. It took over 30 minutes to have anyone check me in when I arrived.
2. I was given a quote of $1,000 without clear understanding on all the items. I asked for an itemized view and only got wishy washy answers. When I asked probing questions, it was just generic. It was not clear what I needed versus extras that were added. I had prior service people give me much better guidance and understanding of exactly what I paid for.
3. I said I was waiting and my service took over 6 hours!! I was told it would be 4 hours and I said I’d wait. I then received a text message 10 minutes before the 4 hour mark saying my car wouldn’t be ready for 2 more hours. Absolutely unacceptable. This was clearly someone’s mistake and no one owned up to messing up my service.
4. At the 6 hour mark, I had to text my service agent to ask if my car was ready. She was not proactive at all. It wasn’t until I text her at 4:15 (almost at closing) that she then said my car was ready.
Overall, the worst customer service I’ve received from this dealership that I’ve been coming to for over 6 years.

Richard Schwartz is very thorough in explaining the vehicle maintenance and my choices of what I wanted to have done. While I appreciate his advice, the service department needs to hire more advisors. The wait was long and severely understaffed.

Replacing the blower fan started a year ago. I tried to contact you before I came in but no one responded to voice mail or email. Sure enough, immediate diagnosis. Need a fan, pay at the parts desk. Walk 2 miles home only to be told opps, no part, walk back and get yiur car. A year later, told for sure you have the part, brought it in, be ready between 3-4.Then hot a call oops, wrong part, but we'll have the part and yiur car is first in line. I end up picking up the car at 5pm. I appreciate you not charging me for the part,and Angelyque was great, but that was a lot of work on my part to replace a blower fan. I will continue to be a customer, and will likely buy my daughter's first car from you. I know none of this is intentional, but the QA and communications between parts and service was not great thus time areond. Thank you.
