I recently brought my vehicle in for maintenance and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. While I appreciate the effort of your staff during what seemed like a particularly busy time, I found my interaction with my service agent, Jacquelyn Olivares, a bit challenging.
She used a lot of technical terms when explaining the issues, which I found difficult to follow. When I asked for clarification, she did provide answers but seemed rushed, and the overall interaction felt hurried. I understand the team may have been short-staffed, but it would have been helpful if the explanations were delivered with a bit more patience and clarity.
I value the quality of service Larry Hopkins Honda is known for and wanted to share this feedback in hopes of improving the customer experience for the future. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to a smoother visit next time.

I m ask adviser check my history what I'm done last 2-3 visit in this location and want warranty i have but adviser completely ignored my request.
