You all need to answer the phone or text more often than once every 3 hours. The service is great when available but you all are far too short staffed to really deliver a great customer experience. I had to call sales to get help with service, and they were very disempowered. Really a mess when you need to coordinate pickup.

I got an oil change and my car smells so bad now after I picked up. It smells like some kind of automobile liquid through the vents. I called the dealer today to have it looked at. They sent me to a voicemail and they never called me back. I hate that my family and I are smelling fumes. This is unacceptable and I need to fix as soon as possible.

There was no good reason it took so long for my car to be serviced. It was a very quiet day in the Hopkins Honda service department. No one else was dropping off a car in the morning. No one was in the waiting area. No one else was picking up a car in the afternoon. Yet it took almost 6 hours for routine service even after I requested it be finished "as soon as possible."
I am also disappointed I have to come back again due to the fuel pump recall. I've been trying to get this recall taken care of for many months now. I even made a special appointment just for that, as I was prompted to do by the HondaLink app. I was sent away because no parts were available. Still today, no parts in stock and it has to be ordered.
