My First Visit on March 19 2021,
They Stated My Driver Side Mirror, that it only need (76253-TLA-A32) Supervisor Service Department
Inspected and said,
Side Mirror Only The Glass will Change.
Will Cost Up To $ 111.45
They ask me to pay that right away for the Glass.
They Told me American Honda Insurance
Will Check it First, But i decided to change only the glass because the supervisor suggested me. Because the insurance takes too long.
I needed the vehicle.
They told me to return on Wednesday. The Supervisor Said. To Fix Immediately.
When I came Back on March 24 2021.
This Guy name Richard Schwarts Tells me to get & Change Everything ( It cant just be the side mirror) You have to get the whole assembly. He also told me, if you don’t get this option, you can just get your car.
(76258-TLA-A32 Mirror L-Door1 & 76251-T1W-A01ZE)i end up Paying $748.18
Im Disappointed With This Service Consultant.
