Alicia Miller was very helpful and courteous. She helped me left a message for her manager about whether an exception can be made on the warranty for my power steering pump replacement. The warranty covers 2 years or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. My Accord 2000 was 20 days beyond the 2 year window but it ran only 5000 miles. I hope she can follow up with her manager about this request.
