Alicia did not check the multi point vehicle inspection report properly. She told me that there is no issue with the car but when I reviewed it later , I found that one item is in red color and needs to replace immediately. I called her several times to confirm this but she did not reply any of message , even she did not response to any pager message from her coworker also. She was very inefficient and disrespectful. I have wonderful experience with Larry Hopkins in the past but this time, it was totally different. I think , all the old crews has changed.

Instructions to park at the service center were not clear. The online check-in instructions directed me to park in-front the service center location, checkin and wait in car. I checked in and waited for 20mins. But no one came to my car. I had to go inside the service center desk and ask them what was going on. They told me I was suppose to drive into the service lane and wait there. But the instructions in the email did not mention this. Please be specific in the online check in instructions! Thank you.
