When I tried calling the number at 3 PM, the voice message said that the office is closed. I tried multiple times. There was no way for me to find out when my service will be completed.
The overall customer service experience was not great either.

Elmer and Chi are very great at what they do however the process is very slow. They need help with finance it took me two hours to purchase a car that I have cash ready in hand. No one called me for my extra set of keys that they were missing and all weather mats as promised. When I came in to pick up the keys and mats I had to wait again. They could do better but overall staff was friendly.
