I had B1 service last week and a new battery was recommended. I was told it would take 30 minutes. I made an appointment at 2:15 and was told that it would be 2+ hours! I didn’t bring any work materials and didn’t want to add $40 cost to take and Uber home and back. It ended up taking 1 1/2 hours. I would have never opted to replace the battery with Larry Hopkins had I know it would take this long. Very disappointed, every single maintenance service since I bought my car has been done with Larry Hopkins. You need to be more courteous of your clients time
