The two times that Alicia has helped me (including today) with my 2005 Odyssey van, it has been returned to me with the “Check Engine” light on, I have only noticed while already on the freeway on the way back home. The first time it happened I called her back but she was not helpful. So I have had to erase the “Check Engine” light with my own code scanner. The “Check Engine “ was off prior to service. Today I did not bother calling her back. Also there was oil on my engine cover. Also she tries to oversell me on services.

Jay did an amazing job from beginning to the end, he treat us as family and make us feel comfortable also, shows knowledge about the cars and the new updates that it comes with it and how to use it, even spend time with my wife and me explained us every single detail about our new oddysey.
I will not forget about Castillo, my first contact to the dealer by the phone, he was so interested to help me and find me a good deal, which Honda Honda Hopkins honor until the end.
At the end but not less important is Luan from financing, she is amazing she really puts though in how to help us as buyer as family as well, is one of those person who actually love her job, honest and don't try to take advantage of the customers at the moment to close the deal offering something that you don't need. Luan actually helped us to get even a low rate that she was promised at the beginning.
What I learned from Honda Hopkins is: they are working as a team and that's the key for their success.
I came all the way from Modesto just to buy a mini van from Honda Hopkins Sunnyvale and I will do it again if you are keeping this kind of quality workers offering this atmosphere to every single customer.
