When I arrived, it was not obvious where to take my car so I parked it in the back. Then I walked in and after finding an employee was told that I had to get back in my car and drive it into the bay to be “checked in”. It did not feel like good customer service to me. In my opinion, the employee should have checked me in without expecting me to drive through the bay. Especially since after they check you in, they park the cars right where I had parked.
