Gabriel was polite and my issue is that
1. I was questioned about whether or not the AC was ‘really’ not blowing cold air as if I was making up a problem. I received this attitude as gender bias and condescending. I have had similar experiences with other advisors at your dealership.
2. Once confirmed that the air was in fact not blowing cold and I’m running some diagnostics it was determined that it was a fuse and not the AC. I felt overcharged with a full hour of labor for this fuse replacement at a very high labor cost.
3. I had a similar experience with your dealership last summer when my battery was dying and I paid $100 to be told that they couldn’t test if it was being drained by something else in the vehicle without first replacing it. That was all labor cost for no value to me. FYI the battery was 1 week beyond warranty and was replaced for me at no cost by the vendor who had sold it to me with no questions asked. That was good service.
I have been very disappointed twice now and am highly unlikely to return for any service other than recalls or unfortunately for Honda to buy another Honda because service is too important a factor for the brand of car I choose. Yours ****. It didn’t used to be that way.

Gabe took great interest and was empathetic to my headlight issue. He went out of his way to listen to my concerns. One of the techs was also concerned enough that he figured out the problem. I was able to bring my car in on Saturday afternoon and in 20 minutes I had working headlights - just needed a new fuse.
