ALMOST completely satisfied. We thought we had a 2-hour appointment but apparently it got scheduled as a drop-off, so we had to leave the car all day - which caused some inconvenience. But misunderstandings happen. Otherwise, all was good - competent, friendly people and the work was well done.

1) I ordered the part in feb, I was supposed to get a call when it was in, no one called me
2) the service department and parts don’t talk to each other, I called to get an appointment with service and they said I need to ask the parts if the parts are in? Why am I supposed to do this
3) I got a call after I dropped off the car, I told them about the taillight that needed to be replaced and they were confused about if the parts are in, even though I told them I called the parts dept and confirmed
4) take a look at the competition they offer contactless service, they wash your car etc

The supervisor was so rude in the phone; it was unbelievable. When he called me per his team’s request, instead of greeting a customer, he just said in a very cold unfriendly tone of voice, “I was told to call you” and went on silent. The whole conversation was unhelpful, either saying I don’t understand or just using inflammatory or escalating language, treating his customer as a teenager... in all, my conclusion is I and my family whom are looking into buying 2 new cars next year decided we will never use your service again, nor to buy another Honda, at least not from Sunnyvale Honda, period.

The service took longer than promised and when I tried to find out how much longer, was told the advisor went to lunch. The communication about the delay should have taken place. Advisor knew I was waiting in the lobby.
