Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my car! his quote on my vehicle was right on point and he waited for my car and he made sure I didnt wait minute longer. I love that. the service today was definitely A+.also I love how your shuffle driver was very courteous he came around asking did anyone need ride. Very good service! I liked the people at Hopkins. They were helpful and even tho they did not fix my hood flutter problem because they could not duplicate the issue I still would recommend them.

I was told to pick up the car from the new car section yet when I got there at 7:50 it was closed. It was a waste of my time and money (I had to take an Uber to get there). I would have appreciated if someone had told me you close before the scheduled time of 8 pm.

When making my appointment, the person on the phone asked if I wanted to wait. I hadn’t thought I was going to do this but then since they asked I decided I would. When I got to Honda to drop off my car they told me they wouldn’t work on my car for two hours. Not acceptable. When I picked up my car Richard told me to go to the cashier. The cashier did not have my car’s documents. After the cashier picked up the documents I paid. Then I waited for my car to be brought around for around 10 minutes. Then the wrong car was brought. While this experience wasn’t nearly as terrible as the drop off, it was consistently annoying.
