I was charged $300 to pay for a Honda paint defect. I will not buy another Honda again because I don’t trust the cheap paint quality. Honda should have fixed this issue for free. I’m not happy about it.

It’s extremely overpriced. What I was charged for B1 7 was at least 200$ more expensive which other dealership next door is charging. Considering I bought vehicle from you guys and have been getting it serviced for last 5 years, I was not expecting this. Time to say goodbye and go to other dealership.

Service rep did not focus on a concern I had. It was not written down in service request. When I asked him if mechanic looked at the issue, he provided a weak answer. Lood at the onvoice and did not see mechanics response.
