The cashier seemed unaware that bills could be paid online and made me show the receipt and then checked with a service advisor and reluctantly gave my car. Not exactly the customer service I would expect. I felt like I was somehow being seen as someone trying to hoodwink the system which is plain wrong. Surely you want your folks to be on the same page and always treat customers with a level of trust. At the very least a conversation is in order with the cashiers and they need to be told not to question a customer without checking if they understand the details. Quite disappointing experience. Richard S on the other hand was a great helpful advisor.

Car was returned with absolutely no charge and a 1/4 tank of gas used. I understand they had to run the heat and a/c to dry the carpet but I would have thought they’d at least charge it!
