Absolutely amazing customer service - I believe Adrian was the advisor that helped me out previously as well. Everything was explained clearly and I felt like I didn’t waste any time. Really appreciate the consistency in the great customer service and will be coming back to Larry Hopkins for any work my civic needs.

I brought my own parts, arrived early (0915 hrs appt) only to have waited nearly 20 minutes to check in. Since I had a ride, I dropped off the truck. For a 0.5 hour worth of work, it took more than 7 hrs before I got the call that it was done. Granted the day may have been busy, but it’s quite obvious my work request was relatively simple & didn’t require a lot of man hours. Overall disappointing experience this time. On a bright side, I always appreciate Adrian’s courteous & professional manners.
