Very unsatisfactory service. Totally disappointed with the level of service. I dropped off my car at 9:30 am for recalibration after I got the windshield replaced. Never got any updates on the status. I called 5-6 times to find out the status, could not get hold of the representative and did not get any updates until I insisted that I have to talk to the service representative. Got some ridiculous excuses as to why they did not contact me. Anyway, finally I got a text around 4:45 pm that they were having issues with recalibration. After I was able to get hold of a representative and expressed my frustration about the quality of service, in the next 2 minutes I got a text that the car is ready. Don’t know how that happened miraculously. Overall, I am very unhappy with your dealership’s service. Not at all what I expected from you guys!

Spent more than $6000 last year at the 100k service last year. In addition to other parts, they changed the power steering pump, rack and pinion, and everything related to that. This service when I complained that the power steering fluid was leaking and making a lot of noise, I was told that some hose was leaking and want me to spend another $500 to get that repaired. The car is worth $5000 or so and I was made to spend $6k last year and being asked to spend even more now. This is a rip-off - will never recommend anyone to go to Honda service !!!
