They did not do a diagnostics of my car they just turned it on and from that they saw that I needed a starter which is what I told them I needed when I got there and I was charge $90 for that which is a lot of money and then was told it would cost me about $980 to put a new starter in well I went someplace else and I got my starter my car is running beautifully and it was for way less than half of what Honda wanted to charge me so I’m not sure I’m going back to dealership I have depended On Honda for the last 30 years. It is a shame I can no longer be provided with the service I once had,

David Liss is an excellent service advisor. When there are multiple Issues, he helps the customer understand the priorities. Which is why I also brought my Toyota to Larry Hopkins Honda for service. However I’m not sure all Honda Service Advisors recognize the importance of return customer visits

I was a little disappointed from my visit this time. Took the car in to check on battery that was just replaced under warrenty a month ago because car wouldn't start. This happened multiple times before i took it in. The dealership told me everything checked out, from battery to drain to charging system, and sent me home. But after i brought it home, the next day the car didn't start again... I had to bring the car in again the next day right before thanksgiving, and it turns out I had a bad battery (the "new" battery that was just replaced a month ago). And because i was now 3 days out of warrenty, i had to pay for a new battery... even though I just had a "new" battery placed in the car that didn't even last a month... the dealership did offer a 30% discount on the service, but it doesn't feel right to have a "new" battery die in a month, 3 days out of warrenty, resulting in me needing to purchase a new battery..
