My car indicated A147 service needed. I brought it in to do as instructed. I did not ask for ANYTHING over and above what the car itself indicated. I was told by Alicia that the fidelity car plan I bought from Larry Hopkins Honda when I bought my car, under the explicit pitch that it would cover all maintenance needs for the car would only cover A1 and I had to pay $300+ to cover the rest. Either there is an mistake and I should thus get reimbursed, or the car plan was sold to me under false pretense and therefore constitutes misleading sale, even fraud. I want to believe it’s the former, and that this is a simple mistake that you will rectify promptly. I escalated to Hassan (sales Manager) who told me he couldn’t do anything and advised me to talk to Rick (GSM) on Tuesday when he’ll be in. I hope and trust we’ll be able to clear this up and reimburse the $$ I was forced to pay in order to get my car back on Saturday.

When I booked my appointment, I was not a made aware that if I drop my car off I wouldn't get it until 4 p.m. My appointment was made for 8:30 a.m. on Saturday November 16. I am so glad Kevin Gaddis was able to get my car in at 8:15 when I showed up and out by 10:00 a.m.
