First time at Larry Hopkins service for a recall. No free multi-point inspection (not even to check fluid levels or tire pressure), no free car wash. Thought these were standards for most dealerships but not this one.

When setting up my appointment over the phone I was told that the whole appointment would take only an hour and a half so I made sure to set up my appointment early enough to have be able to use my car during the rest of the day. But, when I got there I told them I was leaving the car there and no one mentioned to me that that would mean I could not get my car back until 3:00 pm. And instead of being told this fact be able to set my day around it I was not told anything. And then when I texted the number and asked about the status they waited multiple hours before texting me back and letting me know that it would be done by 3:00pm.

Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation seems a bit excessive. Richard was fine though. It’s just at the service took a long time.
