Someone tried to clean the windshield but left smudges that compromised my vision as I left in the evening darkness. The glare was so bad, I pulled over at a gas station to clean the windshield.

I paid $360.00 to replace a driver door glass and who ever replaced didn’t take the time to removed a piece of tape that it was on the molding out the door and believe charging for 3 hours labor just to replaced and cleaning the broken glass was to much I will never bring my cars for service at this service center anymore.

I wish there were greater price transparency. I received a quote over the phone before coming in for maintenance, but I wasn't offered that price initially. Only after asking Alicia several questions, I was able to get the quoted price.

When I dropped off the car Saturday, the service representative David told me that even though the service dept is closed Sunday, I could still pick up my car Sunday from the sales department and the keys would be left there. When David called me later Saturday to tell me the car was ready, I missed his call and we both tried re-calling the other a few times but kept missing one another. When i called on Sunday, the sales office told me that they didn't have my paperwork/keys and the service office was closed so i would have to pick my car up Monday instead. I am disappointed that because of some internal process barrier between the sales and support offices, i had to be inconvenienced and wait an additional day to get my car. An example of above-and-beyond satisfaction would have been that the sales team walk over to the support side, find my paperwork, and help me get my car when I was originally promised

I think car servicing was good & I paid close to $900 for the service. In return I expect you to treat me & my time with respect. I was disappointed by the way I was treated to get my car. After paying I was directed by one of your folks to wait outside until he got the car. I waited for around 10-15 mins with no sign of my car. That’s when I approached the folks who were taking in cars of service appointments. That’s when I realized that nobody had gone to pick up the car. The gentleman there acknowledged that the keys were still there & it would take another 10 mins to get my car which I felt unacceptable as I was already waiting for 15 mins & I had to get to another appointment. That’s when I suggested that could I just get the car by myself to which the attendant got offended. He made me feel that I was doing something wrong by asking for my car. That just left a bad taste in my mouth.

The method provided by Honda to fix the exhaust noise problem from trunk doesn't work. All well designed passenger cars, that sufficiently seal the cabin, should encounter this kind of problem. It's quite disappointing that Honda doesn't have a solution, yet.

He had obviously reviewed all of my records before I arrived; knew of my appointment and what I wanted done; and told me that he would try his best to see that my car was ready for pick-up within the time frame that we discussed. He made good on that promise, waiting to go to lunch until I returned.
