I found the service technician, Gabriel efficient, professional, courteous, clean, pleasant and helpful. He even noticed a nail in one of my tires. As my tires are still under warranty, I took my car to American Tire Co. and had my tire problem fixed. I very much appreciated his calling my attention to the situation, I was unaware of the nail. He was very observant and kind. Hope you have more service technicians like him.

The service manager greeted me and was helpful, I had no problem. However, I do think that Honda should consider applying some sort of store credit for regular customers. I should not have to pay $90 to find out nothing is wrong with my car. Maybe offering to apply a store credit for my next service would have made my experience a 5 star rating.

Alicia was very helpful in getting the service done in time & updated me once service was completed. Great job by Alicia. However the car wash which I got was horrible. It wasn’t clean properly from outside or inside. I wasted my car wash coupon by giving Honda to wash the car as it got exhausted now but car was not washed properly. I think you should really get the car wash from a good place. I am disappointed with car wash service which I got.
