I did not like waiting from 11 am to 11.35 am by the CAR for the service order to be written. Also the service Advisor refused to accept the coupon from Stevens Creek Honda for oil change which would have saved me about $10. Not a big deal? From my home, going to Stevens Creek Honda or Larry Hopkins Honda is same effort. Higher price and lower service is what I got. My independent mechanic whom I know for last 20 would have given me same service with little wait for 60%.
