The appointment was made for 7:30 am, but when I arrived, I was told the technician does not start until 8 am. So why tell me get there 30 minutes earlier? I was told the car will be ready around 9 am. I told the staff that I will wait in the waiting area. I waited until 9:20 am and asked the front desk for a status update, and after the front desk person went to the back, then I was told it will take a few more minutes for the paper work. The car was then given to me. The text to my phone to let me know the car was ready was sent AFTER I have left the service department. The fix should have taken only an hour, but the whole appointment took nearly two hours because of the unnecessary waiting. My time is valuable, so please respect that. My experience in the past when I use the service department has always been excellent, this is the first time I felt it really could have been much better. I was going to call the service department manager since this is such a change from the excellent customer service that would be more typical of Larry Hopkins. Glad you reached out to get my feedback. Please review with your team.

We now have to bring the car back in for the fourth time to repair a door issue, which was yet again not addressed today. I’m told it will take 90 minutes to repair and you had the car for a full day again today and still it is not repaired. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with both the car and the number of repair issues and the failure to repair yet again. It’s been an awful combination and is severely eroding our longtime brand loyalty to Honda.
