Rob was great, but the timing was way off. The receipt said “Promised Time: 4:00.” It wasn’t finished until 4:45. If you can’t keep a promise, don’t make it. Say estimated time or tell me not to come until we call you.
Also, if you know service is slow on Mondays because you have a light crew, tell me that when I’m making an appointment. I could have easily picked another day. Your service staff knew that but the person on the phone did not tell me.

Just to be clear - everyone was very nice and helpful. My dissatisfaction comes from: I asked for two additional items to be checked in addition to the warranty repair of my air bags: the tire light was constantly on even though the tire pressure was fine and the key fob didn't work. Adrian was also nice enough to include an inspection. Here's the problem:
(1) the tire light was dealt with - thank you
(2) the inspection yielded a couple of warnings - there was no one to tell me if they were serious or not and I did not understand the jargon. This left me concerned that I was about to start driving a dangerous vehicle in some way. A nice man (Paul I think) was standing around sweating (as we all were) in the service area and he sensed my discomfort, grabbed the paperwork, came out to the car, popped the hood, looked at the issues and assured me it was not a big deal. If he hadn't been there and happily willing to help, I'd even feel worse about this.
(3) As far as I can tell, no one looked at the key fob (yes, a small thing, but when it doesn't work it's a real pain in the ****). There was no mention in the paperwork of anyone having looked at it, and it didn't work when I picked up the car. Again, Paul stepped in and tried to help diagnose this - after kindly replacing the battery (I had already done this at home), we determined it was actually broken. While this seems like an obvious cheap small part to stock, everyone in the service department know you don't have them. I ordered one from Amazon for $19.99, and hopefully I can program it, but this was an unsatisfactory experience for me.

PCM PART#37820-P8F-A85 I was quoted $2200, I found on Amazon for $900 and on Honda $1200, why double charge for the part, I don't appreciate that, I wonder if the part is really bad, your credibility is in question, I will use Steven's creek from now on instead of you guys, I don't trust you with my car. Good luck with other customers.
