I wasn’t completely satisfied because the techs failed to enter a code to reactivate the radio and the clock. I had to return the next day (today 9/11) to get the code. Richard entered the code and activated everything. Everything is working well now but the return trip was an inconvenience that should not have happened.

When my car was brought out it had white markings on it from front drivers side light to a piece of front fender. (Small area)As if the car slightly rubbed against something white. (A wall or car) when I brought it to the drivers attention he immediately went to get my representative. When I pointed it out to him he said how do I know it wasn’t like this already. I informed him I just bought the car from the dealership two weeks ago and when he took in my car he did a walk around damage and would have noted that. He then went to try to rub it off. Which he begin slightly coming off. I asked where did it come from and he said he was unsure. I let him know I was was upset and should be at my cars condition. He told me it was coming off and I asked why would it be returned to me like this and he said that service doesn’t have a car wash. He then left to get a rag and scrubbed off partial of the area seeming upset that I was questioning him about my cars condition. I asked for the manager and he advised none worked on weekends. I then asked for the name of the manager and he told me Shannon. I thanked him and left. Upon getting home I found a 3 inch white scratch same side on the side of my rear view window. It wiped off after a good scrub. The car had visible traces of what seemed like paint on it. For him to talk to me like he did and get frustrated that I was bringing it to his attention really upset me. Especially because I wrote such a great review on google for the dealership. The scratches wiped off and it clearly wasn’t his fault but to just have better communication and not so harsh as to someone being given a car back not in the same condition. If he would have said I don’t know how that got there but let me try to see what I can do… that would have settled it as it eventually came right off but for his negative response and frustration at me as if I was wrong for stating the obvious was upsetting. My experience with him previous to this was great and helpful but things happen. In stressful situations such as possible damage to someone’s car (again everything came off) patience and compassion comes into play.

Disnna Thompson was an amazing service advisor. She was straight to the point on what required immediate or soonish attention. She asked me if I would like the dealership to handle it and I declined saying I could tak care of it myself and she didnt pressure me into changing my mind. She was transparent with my car maintenance needs and kept a log of it in my receipt. I enjoyed the quick turn around time with zero hassle
