I find it extremely inconvenient and frustrating that a simple service appointment for oil change and tire rotation takes an entire day. Someone told me it’s based on the queue, but that’s nonsense. An appointment should be given a specific time for completion. This vague answer of roughly all day is unacceptable. And if this system cannot be changed, then every customer should either be given a complimentary ride to and from the dealer OR a loaner vehicle.

Adrian’s service was just adequate. After leaving two messages he didn’t respond to my fallow up questions about my service. The mechanic that did the oil change left an oily mess that dripped oil.

I picked up my car yesterday (8/10/24) afternoon. When I started my car today (8/11/24) the check engine light came back on. I also noticed that it says I have 60 miles of gas left in the car but the fuel dial is not near the empty sign. Something is wrong there now too. The shop is closed so I am not able to make an appointment , but I am bringing my car back to the shop tomorrow (8/12/24). I own a van because I need to drive kids around and we are also in the process of moving, so I need my van even more right now. Please provide a BIG loaner car for me. Tomorrow will be the 4th time I’m bringing my car to the shop to get fixed. So far my car has spent nearly 30 days (1 month!) total at the shop, and I’ve have spent almost $6.5k. I have owned Hondas my entire life, but after these last few months, my trust in Honda has completely plummeted. PLEASE FIX MY CAR!

Technician wouldn’t let me show him how to reproduce the issue. The technician repeatedly saying his schedule is tight, disregarding the fact that I took time off work to come and show him the issue he failed to reproduce. I can’t believe spending 5min to work with a customer who waited 20min with no complaints for him to show up is too much.
