Kevin was rude. I had two complaints regarding my car and he completely dismissed them and did not record my concerns. He did not address my concerns and instead kept telling me that he is new to the place, he has not had lunch and that his hands and legs are shaking.
My concerns are still valid, and now I do get the bad smell when ac is turned off. This dealership is ripping off on battery.
I have alerted my friends who too are using your service, but will no more.
He made me wait deliberately, and took them 3 hrs to hand over my car. There were no other appointments that day and I could see everyone chilling out. I’ve never had this experience before in this dealership and after this experience, I decided not to take the service package.

Thank you, only comment is that I was hoping to get a text msg. or call end of day Monday after I dropped the car, to provide me with diagnostics, I got the call around 7.30am the next day, but in the end, car was ready end of day on Tuesday so it was all good.
Also it would be great to add into the last message "your car is ready fo pick up.." the time until what time I am available to pick up that day.
Apart from those recommendations, Richard was very good explaining the different alternatives depending on what they found to be the issue with the AC of my car.

She gave me status of investigation and repair process very timely manner.
She talked to management to accept the other Honda dealership’s coupon to avoid to my multiple dealership visits. This is very helpful for me.
