Larry Hopkins Honda Auto Repair Service

Waited in my car more than 30 mins to drop off when I had an appointment. Seemed very shortstaffed but also didn’t see urgency to get people going. Service was great once I was helped but the wait time was unacceptable

Nothing against Kevin, he did the best he could. My main concern is with the sales team who communicated with utmost disregard and lack of responsibility. On previous Wednesday, the service rep and the sales rep discussed about my worn out leather hand rest warranty claim. They asked I could either leave the vehicle and pick it up the next day after repair, or drop it off Friday and pick up Saturday. I came and dropped off on Friday only to discover that they didn’t even have parts ordered. This was the heights of irresponsible customer service and communication. I had to take a lyft ride ($27) to come pick up my car unrepaired on Saturday as they had no clue whether a loaner would be available or not . In order to make things right, I expect a reimbursement on my Lyft ride, and a loaner while I come drop off my car for repair when they confirm the parts arrived. I hope I will not have to follow up after a month has gone by with no updates. This is truly saddening!!! I will never ever do business or ask any of my friends to do business with Larry Hopkins Honda after such audaciously poor service and showing no remorse from the concerned managers even when they might have realised the blunder they created after a few days have already gone by!!

I would like to extend my appreciation to Andrea and Paul, who were very amicable and helpful. They took their time to explain what will be done on my vehicle. Other staff there I found were very unpleasant to deal with. Brian is one of the staff that was not friendly and helpful. I felt so uncomfortable to deal with him the first time I was there. Again my extended appreciation to Andrea and Paul.

Got my oil changed here and then not too long after my car started massively leaking oil. This was while I was driving so it was a major safety hazard for me and others on the road. I had to 1) pay to get my car towed, 2) pay for an Uber home 3) was out of a car for the entire weekend 4) had to pay for ANOTHER Uber to pick up my car 5) was told I was going to get my car cleaned for the inconvenience, but my car is still unwashed 6) was told by the employee that “things like this happen” when this is a typical oil change and could have massively damaged my engine since the dealership double gasketted it Overall massively disappointed, especially since this is a dealership where mistakes like this is not expected and customer service should be at its all time high
