Diana was great but the technician service was not to happy wit it seemed like he didnt noe what he was doing and had me come in for my car when it wasnt ready yet had a warning on dashboard about tire pressure system and was told it should go away on its own yea iive been going to you guys for years now and yesterday was the worst experience ever that ima probably just start going to the stevenscreek one even tho thats out of my way … like i said tho diana thompson was the only positive experience here

It took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our on-time arrival. It was like we were invisible. Our car was about 2 hours late in being ready. Our rep, Kevin, was very good once he engaged with us. It appeared the dealership was grossly understaffed.

As I recall, it took over 15 minutes to be seen initially even though I had an appointment, which seems like too long. It is nice to know when I’ll be seen, which would ideally be at the time of the appointment but if that is not possible then at least giving an updated estimate saying “we are running about 15 minutes behind today” would help. Apart from that, the service experience was mostly pleasant.
Separately, I do feel like the website could be better. As I recall, scheduling felt like it was from a separate company and clunky. Even this survey is a little difficult on an iPad because the cursor seems to overlap the last character so the letters l and i are hard to see when typing since to blinking cursor completely covers them. Maybe this is related to my larger font size setting, I don’t know. Another example is that the phone number in the footer is hard to read because it is dark blue on a dark grey background. Overall, it feels like to website and survey could use some extra care.
