Richard was quite helpful in understanding the problems and communicating the steps and getting it resolved. During the week long ac repair and maintenance needed to be performed, he also was able to get us a loaner vehicle to be able to get our planned trip over the weekend. There is a minor sounds coming for car which I will have to bring back to verify if that's expected but otherwise it was a overall good experience!

I’m very unhappy with Honda having my AC fail multiple times before reaching 30k miles and Honda expects me to pay $2,500 to fix the AC that should have never failed so soon in the first place. Very disappointed with dealership trying to scam me out $2500. Will have to reconsider purchasing a Honda in the future.

Very very dissatisfied with their service I bought a new Cr-v hybrid 2024 Just after 5 days later warning lights started popping up with the note of braking system failure and all I will mention it below. Adaptive cruise control system problem. See your dealer. Collision mitigation braking system problem. See your dealer. So I went back and left the car at service center they gave it back to me after 5-6 days and said they have changed the sensor but right after next day again this same problem occurred I am trying to contact them I sent them text but no reply I’m really fed up please never buy a car from them I am going to report this all very soon if nothing happens.

I asked for and was charged for replacing batteries from the car remote. Disappointed to say that the work was not done, the remote still beeps with low battery. And despite sending text message, no one followed up.

Service was great. The time it took, however, was not. I only needed A1 service and my car was there for 5 hours! I was told it would take 2 or 2.5. After 3 hours, I had to call to ask for an update on timing. I would have appreciated a call earlier to say things were running behind schedule. And even better, I would have preferred it to run on time!
