The car is running better now but the maintenance took longer and was more expensive than I thought. Everybody was professional and I understand there is a labor shortage so it's not really your fault. It's just annoying that these things are expensive and slow now. I appreciate you loaning me a car to use.

The repair was done correctly, appropriately priced, and in a reasonable time. My only complaint is that I made a reservation for 10:45am, I arrived a few minutes early, and I wasn't seen until nearly 11am. As I was leaving, the people arriving were told they would have to wait 15 minutes past their appointment. I know you are understaffed, but appointments are made for a particular time, and you should respect your customers' time.

Adrian was patient and spent a lot of time explaining necessity and costs about potential repairs. I have an issue with service department closing earlier than posted time of 6pm. He contacted me prior to leaving to notify me my car would be at the sales location until 7 pm. I think a service advisor and person who can ring up sales should remain in service department until 6pm. There could be an issue with services and charges and sales department would not be able to handle issue. I also did not like one of the persons attitude of my concern about closing early not being his problem. Everyone who works there should be concerned about customer Service. He is older with a shaved head.

The guy who checked me in (getting me into the lane, not the guy handling the paperwork), was unnecessarily gruff—barking orders and shouting—never smiling. Generally unpleasant. He softened up later, but his initial directives were individuating. No need for that.

My service representative Jacquelyn Olivares was fantastic. She was very polite professional, and personable. However, after almost two weeks of being without my car - I received a little less than 1 hour of A/C before my vents were blowing 90 degree air again. I picked my car up around 6pm. I stopped to grab something to eat and waited for the traffic to dissipate. I h began my trip home at approximately 9pm. My air conditioning stopped working before 10pm. It is approximately 10:30pm right now. I am much less than satisfied overall.

Drop off went very well. I was confused about when my car would be done, and I started calling three hours after my 8:30a drop off and left a vm message for Jacquelyn. When I didn’t get a call back, I called back at about 1p and then again at 2p. She called me after my third call and said it would be done by 2:45. For some reason, my car wasn’t done at 2:45 and I had to wait another 20+ minutes. This was an unusual and disappointing experience with your service dept.
