I’ve been a customer at this dealership and have gotten my car serviced here 2 times prior to my most recent visit today. Before, I had a positive experience with your reps and felt like they were taking the time to talk to me and explain the service being done on my car. This recent visit with Richard as my rep was so disappointing. I arrived at my appointment a few minutes early and was one of the first people in line at 7:45am. Richard waived me through and was immediately grumpy. He spoke down to me and questioned if I had come to the dealership before even after I told him I’ve come 2 times in the past to get my car serviced. While in his office he quickly rushed through the other information and told me stand outside (it was 40 degrees) when I said I would like to wait at the dealership for the service to be done. I asked if I could wait in the waiting area and do work on my laptop like I had done before and he said I can do whatever I want. He didn’t look at me while telling me to go away and wouldn’t help me out when I asked which door I should I should use to exit his office. When my service concluded he said he needed my autograph, handed me my paper, stared at me to signed it and left without asking if I had any questions. I waited until he came back to ask for my information about my car and he was just as grumpy as before. Honestly no one likes to get their car serviced and it’s just something you have to do and it was so much worse that Richard was so unpleasant to work with especially since it was so early in the morning. I won’t bother coming here again if I don’t have to and if I do I’d try to request a different rep if possible. Please share this feedback with him and don’t let him be rude to future customers.
