My service rep was completely fine and I was very happy with the service but what I did not enjoy was that it took me exactly 42mins before I finally get checked in by the rep. My appointment was at 8:30 but it looked like they booked everyone for 8:30 and they clearly did not have the capacity to quickly process the amount of cars. Waiting in my car for 42 mins was not pleasant I think they need to figure out the capacity they can handle at each time slot and block off that time slot when full.
