There were no loaner cars. The dealership doesn't offer an Uber/Lyft service either. They mentioned they'll conduct an oil change but they didn't. Completely disappointed by the level of service offered. They're charging $200 to install a $60 cargo net. In what universe is that sane? So many dealerships are doing so much more to make their customers happy - they go above and beyond. You're just doing the bare minimum, if that.

I brought my car in for service yesterday. After I left Larry Hopkins Honda, the indicator for low tire pressure appeared on my dashboard. I took the car to a gas station and put air in all of my tires, however, later on that day, the rear tire on the driver side went flat! I’m wondering why if there was a problem with any of my tires it wasn’t addressed while I had the car in service! I want to bring my car back in and have my tires looked at so that I can find the status of all of them!

I had asked for oil change and air filter after the intimate work at end of Monday Oct 30. David Chen handed over the case to Adrian. I called Larry Hopkins Honda couple of times on Oct 31 to reach to Adrian. Could not reach, never got a call back. On Nov 1, I went in to see what is going on. Adrian would not take the time to talk to me about the service. He took me to payment counter asking me to pay while he went back to pull up the car for me to take. Not only did no one communicate to me on Tue whether car is done or not, when I show up, no one would take the time to talk. They cannot wait for me to pay and get out of there!!!
