My service specialist David was awesome. He took care of me and was very good communicator. He also apologized for the delay.
The reason I will NOT be returning to this dealer (and refrain my friends and family to do so) for services because it's an awful experience. It took you 2 hour and 45 minutes for a simple oil change! There are locations who can do it in less than 10 minutes. You should (1) hire more people, (2) take less appointments, (3) improve the service efficiency. It this time and day, this is extremely frustrating to ruin the whole morning and miss multiple appointments because of a simple oil change!!!! Zero rating from me.
