So, I'm very grateful for the staff there helping me with the issue, but today I had a very unpleasant experience. Here's what happened: When I was informed I could pick up my car, I told my advisor that a new warning appeared on the display, and he kept insisting it was because my phone was connected to the car, and the only solution was for the mechanics to check it at a cost. I tried to explain that I hadn't performed the actions he claimed with my phone, but he kept blaming my phone for the issue. This made me very uncomfortable. Eventually, after some hassle, a technician helped me restore the factory settings on my car's display screen. All warnings were cleared, and I got an effective solution. It seems the advisor lacked the necessary expertise and experience in this matter and provided me with unprofessional responses while shifting the blame onto the customer, which I found unacceptable.
