David was kind, clear and extremely helpful with my Honda service this afternoon. Not only did he effectively resolve the outstanding issues with my car that came up in the standard inspection, he noted other flaws and problems in the car that would have totally escaped my notice otherwise. Everything went smooth. Took my car in for service. They had to keep the car longer then expected so I went home with a brand new loaner car. Kept in touch the whole time by text which was great for someone like me who had clients all day.. there was no phone tag.

Adrain did a great job . He when I got there I was getting regular service plus 2 recall that were getting fixed. One took longer then expected so in a matter of seconds he was able to get me in a loaner car and help me stay on my daily schedule. Service was slow. I had to wait in my car for 20 minutes even though I showed up on tine with an appointment just to speak with a service person. This is a very poor customer experience. At a minimum don't make people wait in their cars for more than a few minutes.
