I have been bringing my cars here for some time and always had good interaction with the staff till my last visit. I got very poor treatment this time.my car had some more time for oil change. But I wanted to do it over the last weekend. The customer service person lacks basic training and was stating that car will breakdown if I do oil change .really ? He was also making jokes behind my back with service person near where cars were being parked for service. No cutesy, no friendly or inviting attitude Sorry I would prefer to go some places that treats customers well and welcome my business.

Dianna was great and did her best to move things along. I understand that some technicians called in sick. I had to wait 4.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, something that I had an appointment for. I showed up 5 minutes early even. Not sure why you don’t reschedule appoints when you have people call in sick. But it was indicated on my booking that I was going to wait for the vehicle. My threshold for waiting for easy maintenance like this is a max of 2 hours. The work was great, the people were great, but overall my experience was unacceptable. I have better things to do on my day off than to waste half of it not having any idea of what’s going on with my vehicle.

Take customers as they come in. I was waiting for at least 5 minutes and a car pulled in the lane near me and they took that one first.With only 3 people working the paperwork, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes.

Paul explained in detail the process of diagnosing and getting my CIVIC 2016’s non functional AC fixed. Compared with other Honda service centers in Bay Area Larry Hopkins Honda and Paul were more transparent in explaining the extended warranty on the Civic’s AC. Going forward I would like to bring in my car for regular servicing to Larry Hopkins Honda.
