I had to wait over an hour to get the car checked in. This is not acceptable considering I had an appointment. I was at stressed because I had a meeting to get back to and didn't know when the car would get in.
Also, the car was done after the promised time. It was two hours late. This led to me having to get it the next day. Luckily, I didn't need it.
That said, my service advisor was amazing. She checked in and let me know what to expect. She was also incredibly nice and kind.
