No battery test result is included, and I'm skeptical about whether they inspected the cabin air filter, considering its significant dirtiness. Given this situation, I have strong doubts about the thoroughness of their examination of the other items listed on the receipt.

The day after servicing my granddaughter started to drive the car home to Solvang when it started making a loud noise. Called the service department at Larry Hopkins and they said they could not check it until Friday which is not great because she does not live here. Brought the car to Honda service center at Morgan Hill where they had pulled over. They found that the wrong weights were installed when the tires were rotated and fixed the issue. Cost us another $125.
