I was told that my extended warranty expired at 45,000 miles by Britt. He never mentioned that there was a date and it was date or mileage….whichever comes first. I was told that the windshield wiper package expired in June but the oil change package expired on 10/07/24. How could they expire at different times when they were purchased at the same time. I WILL NOT buy another vehicle from HCH due to untruthful employees.

I paid for a diagnosis of my engine light. I was told it was because of a fuel injector. Then, told I’d have to change them all because they only come in a set. I was never told which fuel injectors were malfunctioning. After checking with the auto supply, I find out the fuel injectors can be purchased individually. As part of the $145 diagnostic fee, I should’ve been notified of which fuel injectors are malfunctioning. I feel the service was incomplete. And, I was given misinformation in order to maximize repair fees.
